Okay so what does that have to do with a website or an e-newsletter…well I am just about that excited about this as Steve Martin was in The Jerk about the new phone book listing! LOL! I know I may be dating myself but that’s okay I like the classics! Speaking of classic getting the news on a regular basis is VERY classic, so why not upgrade and make it electronic right!?
Right Nutrition was born out of my passion for helping others live a healthy
life, eat good food and educating all about overall wellness. Working with many
patients over the years it really opened my eyes to all the facets that affect
our lives that revolve around food. It really isn’t anything we can just walk
away from and it is very much attached to our emotions. That’s where many skills
are needed to be able to lead a healthy lifestyle…which in lies the challenge.
We can be sooo good at all the wrong habits which can be hard to change or even
break. As a result my practice is not only about nutrition but also working on behavior
change and lifestyle modification. I don’t want to be the food police, but
maybe just that voice of reason on your shoulder. One other aspect I felt has
been effective for many patients I’ve worked with is the accountability and
having multiple access points for that…text, email, messenger, etc. So not all
programs or plans have to involve attending a meeting or scheduling an
appointment, but can be done electronically to make it more flexible as well as

I love to cook and create new recipes or more importantly revive an old recipe to a new healthier version! Win-win for everyone if you can still use your favorite recipes, but with a few healthy modifications.
